I had canceled plans ect and got a text message shortly before my appointment stating it was canceled. Ridiculous, I filled out all paperwork but for some reason she canceled last minute. A curtisy call would have been nice asking for the proper information. Text messages are very confusing and unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Ashley is nice, but Beth Psychiatry is impossible to work with. If you want to be seen by a doctor whose office will answer/return your calls, I would look elsewhere.

I took time to book the appointment that was available on Zocdoc, I took time to fill out the paperwork requested by the office, and I even confirmed my appointment. The office did not contact me or cancel the appointment the prior to the scheduled appointment time. The provider just didn't show. I do hope everyone is okay but I find this to be incredibly unprofessional given it was both a holiday and the appointment was incredibly early in the morning. I understand that things happen but offices charge patients when things like this occur and unfortunately, there is no way to recoup my lost time or effort from this office.
