We see patients of all ages, 7 years and up. Whether you need behavioral health support or specialized care for conditions like ADHD, anxiety, depression, or bipolar disorder, we are here to help. Our compassionate team accepts Medicaid, Blue Cross, UnitedHealthcare, and Tricare, ensuring quality mental health treatment is accessible to all. We also accept self-pay. You are not alone in this journey. If you need walk-in psychiatry services, book an appointment, and we can manage immediate care on a case-by-case basis. I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Idaho State University and a Bachelor's degree from Nepal Institute of Health Sciences, bringing a strong educational foundation to my practice.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Three Simple Steps to Care STEP 1: Contact us by booking online through Zocdoc. No referral is needed. Tele-visit is available. Schedule a visit and confirm your appointment. STEP 2: Schedule an initial visit ~ 45 to 60 minutes. During this visit, we got to know each other and developed a plan. STEP 3: Follow-up visits ~ 30 minutes. We will monitor and modify the plan as needed based on your response. The frequency of follow-up visits can range from every week to every three months, depending on the phase of care and the nature of the medication involved.
