Great experience with Rachel! I had several things I wanted to discuss with a primary care provider and we addressed each one and made next steps/referrals for each one. Intermountain Heath East Crossroads Clinic is a new office - it's very nice, clean, friendly staff, and they are taking new patients. Overall, a great experience.

I took my teenager to see Rachel, and she did an amazing job of listening to him and kept focusing on him while allowing me to advocate for him as needed. I’ve never felt so seen and heard by a PCP. It was refreshing to not be rushed through my Dr. visit and to be asked clarifying questions. This is the best Doctor visit experience I’ve ever had. Rachel will definitely be my new PCP. The entire staff, from front desk, to nurses, to lab techs were so welcoming. It’s a BRAND NEW office with state-of-the-art everything.
It was a refreshing experience that renewed my faith in modern, mainstream medicine.
