Rachel Dye, SLP, CCC - SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist
TN
Hi! I'm Rachel. I became a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) in 2015. I began my career as a first-grade teacher and have always had a passion for teaching and helping children grow. When a hiring freeze made teaching jobs scarce, a chance encounter with my third-grade teacher changed my path—she suggested I look into Speech-Language Pathology. That same night, I did my research, enrolled in a program the next day, and I’ve never looked back. I truly love being part of the process of developing and rehabilitating communication skills, and it brings me so much joy to watch my clients gain confidence and independence. As a lifelong learner, I am committed to staying up-to-date with evidence-based practices and always seek out new strategies to help my clients succeed. I have received trainings and certifications on the following: QBS Trainer, PROMPT level one trained, currently enrolled in GLP course. I worked in settings such as: school, hospital, outpatient, home health, non-profit pediatric outpatient. I would describe my clinical style as holistic, client-centered, functional, individualized/personalized, family-centric, and strengths-based.
