Dr. Rachel Y. Hill, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, AHN-BC, HWNC-BC, is a Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care with a holistic, whole-person approach. She supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and mood concerns by considering the full picture of wellness—including sleep, lifestyle, nutrition, and stress physiology. Dr. Hill is a current fellow in a Functional and Integrative Mental Health program and partners with each patient to create individualized treatment plans that may include medication management and integrative strategies to support long-term healing and resilience.

What should a new client know about working with you?

If you are unable to attend an appointment, we request that you provide at least 24 hours advanced notice to our office. Since we are unable to use this time for another client, please note that you will be billed for the entire cost of your scheduled appointment if it is not timely cancelled, unless such cancellation is due to illness or an emergency.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

To help make your visit as efficient and comfortable as possible, we ask that you complete your new patient intake paperwork in advance. You will receive an email from Headway with a link to our new patient intake process. Please create your patient profile and complete all required forms in the Headway patient portal before your appointment time.
