“She was great! Definitely makes me feel like I was not seen by someone who knows what they're doing previously. The office staff was so incredibly kind and now I go back in a week and a half for a biopsy. They're not pushy about anything. I said I needed to hold off on my biopsy 1) due to cost and 2) due to my intense anxiety and need time to mentally and physically prepare myself. They were so understanding on that and didn't make me feel embarrassed about this at all. They clearly educated me on the process, told me the honest truth about what was concerning and what to keep watching as well as informed me that all decisions were mine to make. I felt like I had full autonomy in my care and it put me at so so much ease. I look forward to going back and getting my procedure done. Everything was super quick and I felt genuinely cared for.”

About Rachel Koller
Rachel Koller is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care. A Florida native, Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
After graduation, Rachel worked as a dermatology medical assistant, where she developed a strong interest in dermatology and gained valuable experience in patient education and individualized care. During this time, she recognized the importance of building meaningful, trusting relationships with patients, which motivated her to pursue further education to help patients achieve their healthiest selves.
Rachel relocated to Atlanta to earn her Master of Nursing from Emory University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing through Emory’s Nurse Practitioner program, where she graduated with honors. During her time at Emory, she refined her clinical skills in primary care, pediatrics, and dermatology.
Rachel is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) and licensed by the Georgia Board of Nursing. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and an affiliate member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).
Rachel is dedicated to providing preventative, patient-centered care in dermatology. She values building long-term relationships with her patients and is committed to empowering them to achieve their best skin health.

The office staff was ver polite and helpful. NP Rachael Koller and her assistant were very professional, polite, and were able to assist with my clinical needs. All my questions were answered and unlike most Doctors visits these days I wasn’t rushed or hurried in any way.
I would highly recommend anyone wanting a professional Dermatologist to visit this office! You won’t be disappointed.

All of the staff at this office were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
