Hello, I’m Dr. Rachel Lee, a dual-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner who believes deeply in meeting people with compassion, respect, and genuine connection. I’ve learned that healing happens best when people feel truly seen and supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered around you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply seeking a supportive space to grow, my goal is to make you feel safe, heard, and empowered.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I currently offer medication management and talk therapy. I use different therapeutic techniques based on my client's needs. I also provide medical cannabis certification in Hawaii and focus on helping patients make informed, confident decisions about their treatment options. Above all, I want you to know that you don’t have to go through this alone. I’m here to walk with you at your pace, support your goals, and help you build a path toward greater balance and wellbeing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session with me will be one hour or thirty minutes, depending on what our goal is for that meeting. I'm happy to have a 15-minute consultation prior to you signing up for a visit. This helps us both determine if we would be a good fit moving forward.
