Hi, I'm Rachel! I've been a Dietitian for 5 years and love helping clients feel their best without going to extremes. I've been helping clients with bloating and a wide range of digestive issues for the last 4 years. I can also help you improve energy, metabolic health, and reduce inflammation.
"My goal is to help you feel your best (energized and not stressing about the bathroom) and enjoy your life. We'll implement realistic and sustainable changes, not extreme diets or quick-fixes. My background is in functional and integrative nutrition, meaning we'll focus on identifying the root causes of your symptoms and addressing them with a holistic approach. In addition to nutrition, we may also chat about managing stress, sleep, exercise, and other contributors to health. ****Please note: I do not specialize in weight loss. If that is your top goal, another dietitian may be a better fit!****
"In our first session we'll spend a lot of time understanding you, starting with your main goals & symptoms. From there we'll dig into your history, lifestyle, diet, and preferences to figure out what the underlying cause of your symptoms might be. We'll end by setting a few realistic goals to work on until our next session.
