No two people are the same, so I focus on creating a plan that fits your story. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. We can work together to create a plan that feels right for you and meets your goals. I provide medication management as well as therapy with lifestyle support.

Working together, you’ll have space to share your story, your struggles, or anything you'd like me to know. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can be open, honest, and truly yourself. I provide clear, compassionate support, and utilize evidence based research to formulate your diagnosis as well as provide safe and supportive medication management. My priority is allowing you to have a safe, supportive space to gain confidence as you feel more stable with managing your mental health. Think of me as a partner helping you weather the "RAINEY" storm and move toward brighter, calmer days.
