About Me: With a bachelor's degree from Southern Utah University and 5 years of experience working with clients from all walks of life, I've seen firsthand the power of proper nutrition to enhance both physical and mental well-being. Many of my clients have lowered their A1c by as much as 6%, found relief from frustrating gut symptoms, gained control of their health, and experienced sustainable fat loss. When I’m not working with my clients, I’m at the grocery store perusing the aisles, in the kitchen developing recipes, or spending time with my preschooler.
