What should a new client know about working with you?

Under the umbrella of Rubin Psychology, I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety-based disorders including Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (such as post- partum anxiety and depression). While I specialize in CBT, I am comfortable using other modalities to best meet the needs of each client.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

It can be overwhelming trying to find the right therapist. That’s why I prioritize the relationship that we build together. In a warm and accepting environment, you can feel comfortable sharing the things that are most difficult to share. I offer a free initial session so you can get a sense of what it will be like working together. Reach out and let's speak
