The office was confusing when you enter, there are to be two areas where patients can go on opposite sides of the entrance. The male receptionist yelled hello and asked if I had an appointment before I could get to front desk. You can’t see the receptionists because of the high partitions, so I couldn’t see who was yelling until I got closer. They had me use the scale with my heavy winter jacket, phone, purse, heavy winter boots which was more than 10 pounds than my actual weight, which gave the provider more reason to ask about my weight and BMI. The provider seemed surprised that I needed privacy to undress and I was never given a referral for the reason I made the appointment. I am waiting for the bill, which I know will be high. I would never go back, nor recommend anyone go there.

Decent 1st experience. Not great.
I didn’t take my morning medicine just in case I needed to be for bloodwork (that wasn’t told to me, I just assumed, so partially my fault).
Rachel Skinner was ok. I believe I caught her on a bad day so she wasn’t as personable as I expected. She checked everything she needed to, gave sound advice and got me into lab work same day. So efficiency was great. The office was fairly clean, but the urine sample I had to give was a little unorthodox from my past experience. They gave me a cheap plastic cup with a pop lid and so I felt very unsure about how well the test would be conducted.
Bloodwork went well without any issues. The lab doctor was a kind enough person that I felt ok in her hands.
Overall, not too bad an experience, but could use some positivity.
