Wasn’t even able to see her. The online portal for paperwork required a log in even just to get into it so when I arrived they immediately asked me to reschedule because I didn’t fill out the paperwork beforehand. The text messages they sent gave me no new username and password. I arrived a minute before the appointment started so I wasn’t there for the 30 minutes prior to the appointment, which was on me but I was only offered paper sheets after I told them I couldn’t access it. I took the day off specifically for the appointment and they asked if I could do the next day. They didn’t even give me a doctor’s note saying I was there.

Referral for exrays and ct scan but no idea when results from exrays. Haven't heard when the ct scan is

Honestly such a great experience with Rachel. She was friendly, kind, and supportive. She listened to my concerns and never made me feel rushed or like I was annoying with all of my questions. I have health anxiety and she made me feel safe and comfortable from the very beginning.

This office is truly geared toward providing you with an overall internal medical approach, encompassing most of your normal human medical issues. They aren't always telling you to see a specialist right away. Once you get rolling with them they are great at getting you in for an apmt. The only downside is that they unfortunately have some turnover in their PAs and NPs (prob b/c they are NOT corporate).

Rachel Vers was great, she took the time to listen to my issues and addressed them accordingly.
However her medical assistant that roomed me was rude, made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. The rest of the staff is awesome.

I saw Rachel for my wellness exam. I had several issues to discuss with her. We went over my medications. We made some changes after the blood tests came back. I will go back and have blood tests in 2 months to see if medication increase helped.

The visit was very nice, the doctor was quick to answer everything I said almost seemed to fast like she wasn't listening but did verify and explained all of the initial questions I had. All in all it was a great experience and I will be going back

I’ve been going to Caring for families for quite a few years. The staff is professional and thorough. When I have a medical issue and need to go to the office, I select which ever of the staff is available during the time I want my appointment. I’ve never been disappointed.
