About Dr. Rachelle Bitton

Rachelle Bitton, MD, is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology and has served as ProHEALTH's Division Chief of Endocrinology for over 10 years. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, completed her internship at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, and also completed her fellowship there. Dr. Bitton has been recognized multiple times as a Top Doctor and Best Doctor. Her areas of special interest include metabolic bone disease-such as osteoporosis, hyperparathyroidism, and vitamin D issues-as well as thyroid, pituitary, and PCOS disorders. Under her leadership, the division has grown to include four endocrinologists with expertise across all areas of endocrinology.
