What should a new client know about working with you?

Working together means you’ll have a partner in your mental health journey. My style is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based care. I take time to understand your story: what’s been working, what hasn’t, and what you want life to feel like moving forward. You can expect a calm, welcoming environment where your questions are encouraged, and where you will always be treated with respect and compassion. Our sessions include a mix of therapeutic conversation, practical skills, and non-controlled medication management when appropriate. You’ll leave each visit with clear next steps and strategies you can use between sessions. I value honesty and transparency, so we will openly discuss progress, challenges, and any adjustments needed to keep your care aligned with your goals. I believe healing happens through connection, consistency, and a treatment plan that truly fits who you are. If you are ready to feel supported, understood, and empowered, we’ll make a great team.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We begin with a thorough 60-minute evaluation to understand your history, current concerns, and goals. Together, we create a personalized plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy and, practical coping strategies where helpful. Follow-up visits are 30–45 minutes and focus on monitoring progress, adjusting treatment, and building skills you can use in everyday life. Sessions are collaborative, clear, and centered around helping you feel supported and empowered.
