Dr. Rahul grew up in Faribault, Minnesota where he was an enthusiastic athlete – in fact, his favorite thing about his childhood was playing sports, including running track and cross country and serving as captain for both teams. He eventually became a distance runner and is proud to say he has run the entire city of Faribault multiple times – when he wasn’t swimming the town’s three different lakes! Dr. Rahul always knew he wanted to become a healthcare professional but after trying Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Athletic Training, journalism, pharmacy, and even nursing, he hadn’t found the right fit. Then he discovered chiropractic and knew he’d found the right path for him. What patients love most about Dr. Rahul is his ability to listen and hone-in on the problem/ He also has a light adjusting technique and utilizes multiple adjustments for the same area to find the one that works best for the unique needs of each patient. His approach to wellness is that though it may seem like a lot of work to maintain your wellness, it pays off in so many ways – like good, restorative sleep, high energy levels, and consistently enjoying nutritious and delicious meals! He maintains his own wellness by cooking, and by squeezing in a run when he can.
