I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a gift, knowledge and training in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks/disorder, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, insomnia, paranoid, schizophrenia, stress-related conditions, trauma and PMDD and women’s mental health. I’m passionate about combining evidence-based medication management and quantum technology which have proven to be very effective with a whole-person, collaborative approach to care. I believe mental health treatment should be personalized, compassionate, and empowering. What is your typical process for working with clients?

At KC Care for the Mind, we are committed to ensuring that mental health care is a collaborative, transparent, and individualized experience. We will also conduct follow-up sessions to track your progress, adjust medications, address any difficulties, and offer support. You will have access to secure messaging at any time for assistance, along with flexible telehealth scheduling options, including evenings and weekends, medication refills, and brief check-ins as needed.

She’s kind and direct, which I really appreciate. Her approach feels clear and supportive, and it’s helped me stay on track
My visit was very informative, professional, and engaging. I am grateful thank you !!
My first doctor so far and a very good experience
As a self pay customer, I filled out requested forms and added payment options for the practice to use payment. My appt was at 4pmCST, so I made sure to be logged in a few minutes early and waited in her. When 4:10 came and she still hadn’t join the appointment, I reached out and called her to let her know I was in there. Over the next 10 minutes, I called twice more with no answer. It is now 4:20. At 4:25 I get a message from the provider and this is what it is…”Hi! Sorry I do not take your insurance and you have not completed all the requirements for this appointment. Thanks.” I responded a screen shots empathizing I am a cash pay customer and point to every single item marked as complete.” Her next response was to tell me my phone number came up as Spam. Regardless, you have patient who is obviously seeking help with their mental health. Pick up the phone and call me. Have the decency to join the Telehealth link I sat in for 30 mins. Very unprofessional for a mental health provider
