Dr Singh was perfectly fine, listened to me, and prescribed me medication!
The issue I have is that I didn't realize this was with one of those clinics / national franchises that have lots of locations and lots of doctors. Which is ok but they have a really weird cancellation policy. You must call. You must call during business hours (no voicemail). And you must cancel over 48 business hours before your appointment or you get charged. Because it's a large national franchise, when I explained my circumstance to the woman she was understanding, but said that the system automatically charges the fee so she can't do anything about it.
