I like to be seen at my apt time. Not 60 minutes later. My time is just as valuable.

his professionalism is really great he really cares about the patient I would recommend him to anyone that has rheumatoid arthritis
Doctor is very nice, and pays attention, and listens very carefully. However, the front desk is horrible! I had to wait 1 hour over scheduled appointment time. Then, they were supposed to call me back in couple days to inform me with the needed tests. I had called 3 times, and it has been 2 weeks, and no info so far, other than taking my number again and again. I am glad that i was there just for check up purposes, If anything urgent for your health, consider twice, otherwise you might not receive your call back while you are alive....
Dr. Srinivasan seems to be a perfectly good doctor, and his staff seem to be competent and they are definitely very kind to their patients. So, bedside manner and competency are not the problem with this medical office. CAPACITY IS. This doctor is overbooked, understaffed and overworked. There's just TOO many people and NOT enough doctor. Also, the page Zocdoc provided me listed ear nose and throat as one of the specialties. That is why I booked the appt with Dr. Srinivasan. Turns out, the doctor who was an ENT there, left a couple of years ago and Zocdoc, or the doctor, never updated, so I was unable to get much help because Dr. Srinivasan specializes in rheumatoid arthritis, NOT ENT.

Office staff were very friendly, but I described my symptoms quite clearly and was paid no attention and sent out the door just like I had said nothing.
I was not seen by the doctor this website said would be my doctor. It was horrible service I literally had to chase down a nurse to get my blood work done. I made a 10:30 appointment and did not get seen until 12:30. Also the office was dirty I will never again visit that place again. Wait time was horrible and it was not busy so there is no excuse.

It was a great experience. I hate going to the Dr. because I always felt rushed out as soon as the Dr. came into the examination room. Dr. Ramachandran took his time to find out what the problem was and how he could make it better. I was very satisfied with Dr. Ramachandran and would highly recommend him.
Verified patient
From what I can see, he is unwilling to use medical information faxed to his office by peers unless the patient makes another appointment. Exoensive, and in my case, impossible with long term travel immanent. Nothing would persuade him too look at my medical information unless I were seated In front of him. Ca-ching? And this was a genuine issue for me as my own MD had urged my finding a rheumatologist ASAP. Well, I found one, and I have nothing but a bill to show for it. Good luck with this guy. I suspect his most competent and concerned days are behind him. Need care now.? Look elsewhere. Those promised appointments won't be honored, and hours later you'll be told to produce information you released electronically when you made the appointment. Oh, and let us not forget the seller of Christian miracles who dominates the waiting room of mostly Spanish speaking patients...as if they deserve any less competent, scientific services than anyone else. Run, don't walk away from this office. Get help where it is available.
Verified patient
Very disappointed in this service and this doctor. I booked a appointment thru zocdoc and when I called to confirm they had no appointment on records so I had to make another appointment only to have to wait a month longer to be seen. When I went to said appointment I was made to wait over three hours while people who walked in and had no appointment were seen ahead of me. The staff is unorganized. The waiting room has a soliciter trying to push herbal pills and remedies to unsuspecting people who are waiting and the doctor himself has a very suspicious way of running his office. I will not be back to see him or use this site again
Verified patient
Waited to hours to get in the examine room then another hour in there to see the doc then they don't prescribe pain meds what kind of urgent care is this bunch of Mexicans speaking Spanish

Good staff
They need to go by appointment not randomly!
staff was hit and miss. some great some not so great. Wait time and waiting room environment was ridiculous. the nice nurses and front desk make it worth it and the dr is extremely smart, but he is obviously overwhelmed with work load. He took his time with me even though he was busy and the office manager is super amazing.
Friendly and professionalism

For having an appointment I should not have to wait that long in the waiting room or in the room... They shuffled me around a bit
The doctor was excellent! The office looks dirty and unkept but I am going to go back based on my condition and how great the physician is!

He was great! He asked me enough questions to show he cared about what was going on. He was also informative. The location (Whittier) is a little sketchy but the staff is friendly. He has 3 other locations so maybe you can try a different location. I was satisfied with my visit though. :)
Loved it
Verified patient
At first I was really nervous and I was a bit put off by the staff, when I first walked no one greeted me or asked me what I needed for about five minutes. But it was clear that they were very busy and that they were doing the best they could. Also the doctor made me feel like he really cared about my health. He didn't want to just treat my symptoms and send me home, he really wanted to get to the bottom of my illness and make sure we figure everything out. That meant a lot to me.
