Dr. Ramesh M. Gowda is a Cardiologist treating patients in New York. He traveled to the U.S. to complete a fellowship in urology and an internship and residency in internal medicine at the Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. He has since completed fellowships in his cardiovascular areas of expertise at Yeshiva University’s Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
He practices both general and Interventional cardiology. He is proficient in radial access and various newer techniques to treat peripheral arterial diseases. Procedures performed include but not limited to coronary, carotid and peripheral angiography, Interventions and pericardiocentesis. Diagnostic testing available at practice locations include ECG, echo, stress echo, nuclear stress test, vascular ultrasound, non-invasive vascular testing, holter and event monitors.

I arrived right on time and was seen immediately when I was done with paper work. Dr Gowda was straight to the point and very respectful. He made me feel extremely comfortable as a new patient. He seems to be a MD that is trutly interested in his patients. The staff (Patricia and Cheryl) were very welcoming and efficient. The office is very modern and orderly. I only had horrible experience with Maureen -she verified my insurance over the phone before visit – she was very rude without reason:(
