Which was nice since it didn't take long and would have felt like a waste of time and money to go back for. ”

About Dr. Ramon Pascua
For the past 28 years, I have been practicing as a family physician in the North Phoenix area, beginning right after completing your residency.
I have dedicated over 25 years to serving patients as a staff physician in outpatient care, where I’ve had the privilege of building long-term relationships and providing comprehensive, continuity-driven care across all stages of life.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the great outdoors — whether it’s camping under the stars, mountain cycling through challenging trails, or overlanding and exploring new terrain.
What makes me a great provider is my commitment to always doing what’s right for my patients. I lead with patience and empathy, taking the time to truly connect, listen, and understand. By building genuine relationships and offering compassion, I strive to not only treat but also support and guide my patients through every step of their care.
