What is your typical process for working with clients?
The typical process allows the practitioner to use their communication skills to listen to concerns and provide emotional support and role model healthy coping skills and effective communication skills. Be aware of including the patient in the treatment plan. Respect their confidentiality. The practitioner will assess, diagnosis and treatment the problem.

So, we found medication that worked well for me. I got pregnant & had a miscarriage now she canceled my future appointments and is refusing to refill prescriptions. The pharmacy had no issues providing me the same medicine until she refilled. She declined the refill. And canceled my future appointment. Even after emailing her negative test results & a letter from my dr she still refuses to see me and refill the medication she gave me. Mind you the medication with not having it made my anxiety worse. I have called my primary care doctor and she was more than happy to give me a refill. She didn’t really hold a conversation with me. She would cut me off when I tried to speak and ask me questions. I felt I could never actually talk.

Ramona is very professional, a good straightforward communicator and very knowledgeable. I found her patient with my opinions and preferences and very willing to work with me. She allowed me to have input on my treatment and is very good at following up with me to make sure things are on track. I'd say she asks all the right questions. In my opinion, she is very honest and I recommended her to my spouse and will continue to recommend her to people who need good psychiatric care.

She was very non chalany uninterested and unfriendly. She promised to call me to finalize things and order my prescriptions and set up a day and time with me and she never called. I found her office number and left messages, I even emailed her directly.. she never responded. She is rude and not forthcoming.. if she didn't want to take me as a patient she should have said son and ended it there not ignore me and never call and leave me hanging I had to search all over again for another provider. I do not suggest her. I read reviews where she has even snapped at patients after arriving 15 minutes late to the appointment. Something is wrong with her she seems off and unbalanced. I strongly do not recommend

She was rude and barked questions at me at the start of the appointment, sent me a huge document to fill in, which I did containing all my past trauma, medications, health conditions etc but still went through every single question multiple times during the appointment. Didn't seem willing to listen and referred to me having tried most SSRIs in the past as me "failing" them. She refused to do an ADHD screen which was the whole point of the appointment and prescribed me an Antipsychotic which has severe interactions with another medication I take. Definitely never seeing her again.
