I really was looking forward to seeing this provider based on all the reviews I read. However, my experience was awful. She was not pleasant, didn’t listen to what I was saying and seemed more interested in lecturing me. She didn’t seem happy to help me and I left feeling like I didn’t get anything addressed that I had hoped to. The only good thing about the visit was the medical student who seemed very attentive and respectful and the front desk staff.

Excellent service from the moment I walked in. Clean and calm environment, friendly and efficient staff. I was seen in time I did not have to wait after my appointment time. Dr. Zach was very friendly and answered all of my questions. She even did a test for me for which I was prepared to make another appointment. All in all, it exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Zap had a great bedside manner with my teen. Great, thorough experience. I was worried a female doctor with my son may make him uncomfortable but it was exactly the opposite of that. May have found our new doc!

Dr. Zak was great! She made me feel very comfortable and did not shame me for anything I know I need to improve on. She gave me orders for tests/procedures I was interested in getting that she thought would benefit me. Overall, she was patient and seemed to take a genuine interest in my life. Office staff seemed not the happiest, and the nurse seemed to be in a bad mood, but these are not the doctor's fault, and Dr. Zak herself is friendly and personable.

Great and friendly stuff (front desk and nurses). Everything on time but not rushed. Fully computerized system - no paper forms to fill out. Also, I guess, some access to medical history from other providers and pharmacies. Really well organized system. Big waiting room (safe place). And of course great, patient and friendly doctor Zak. Asking all necessary questions and answering all your questions with ease. Providing good recommendations, so you will fill home.
