Dr. Ramya Patel, a proud native of Sugar Land, Texas, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her practice. After graduating as valedictorian from Episcopal High School, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. Following her studies, Dr. Patel taught at Episcopal High School, further nurturing her passion for education and leadership. Her passion for medicine led her to Baylor College of Medicine, where she earned her medical degree and completed her Otolaryngology residency, serving as chief resident during her final year of training.
Dr. Patel spent seven years working in private practice in Houston before joining Methodist Willowbrook, where she continues to serve her community. She has a strong interest in providing minimally invasive, in-office treatments for sinusitis and nasal obstruction, while also treating a wide range of general ENT issues including allergies, swallowing and voice disorders, hearing loss, and conditions affecting the thyroid, parotid gland, and neck masses.
Outside of her professional work, Dr. Patel enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two sons and traveling with her family. She is deeply committed to offering compassionate, high-quality care to patients in her hometown.
