I provide psychiatric medication management for clients 12 years and older. My integrative approach combines psychiatric care with lifestyle and behavioral interventions, helping you build sustainable strategies for overall well-being. With a background as a certified health coach, I incorporate nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management into treatment when appropriate.
