With it, I hope to have more understanding and applicable advice to help patients achieve health that sometimes medicine struggles to bring. I aim to improve healthy nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep habits, and overall well-being in patients. In addition, I have participated in Culinary Medicine training through Harvard Medical School, which was very interesting and fun. I have been doing lifestyle medicine health coaching while transitioning from our recent move to Lewistown. I have enjoyed empowering others to improve their health with lifestyle changes. I hold a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from Augsburg University, a Bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona University, and an Associate's degree from Bismarck State College. Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor photography, hiking, fishing, and anything on the water. I have twin toddlers who keep me busy and on my toes. We moved to Lewistown recently for my husband's job and have enjoyed this community. We are happy to call it home and get plugged into the community.
