Even though she couldn't provide additional help to my sons concerns, she explained why and reasons why he she believes all his tests show specific issue that is not handled by the GI department, but also provided referral to a specialist that she believes could help my son's condition. We would not find that provider without her referral. It shows real care and willingness to understanding of patients concerns.”
