Rashad is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who specializes in providing mental health care to patients 18 and older. She holds a Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Molloy University and a Master's in Public Health from Benedictine University. Her role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, and ADHD. Rashad uses pharmacological interventions, psychotherapy, and other evidence-based treatments to help patients manage their symptoms and improve their overall quality of life.

Rashad uses a person centered approach and creates an environment where patients are comfortable and they ARE heard. Rashad was very nice and straightforward. It was quite a short visit which was a surprise, I was expecting for it to be more in depth for a mental health evaluation but you do have to fill out loads of paperwork before the visit so I presume that takes the place of the intake/ mental health evaluation. Overall, Rashad is great and very nice.

She made sure to ask me questions about my medical history and was very clear about the advice that she had for me. I had not wait time, she got on the zoom right on time and she as very patient with me. She made sure that all of my questions were answered before finishing the call. Highly recommend!
