Hi! Are you tired of feeling down, depressed, and lacking motivation? Are you struggling with feeling overwhelmed, racing thoughts, or trouble sleeping? Are you or a loved one having difficulty staying on task, focusing, or remembering things? Or maybe you’re experiencing increased stress and need help with coping skills? No worries—I am here to help! My name is Rashonda Wilson, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed by the State of North Carolina and certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. I earned my Master’s in Psychiatric Nursing from Walden University and have a deep passion for improving mental health through holistic approaches. I provide medication management and brief psychotherapy for patients dealing with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, sleep disturbances, and more. I have been in the healthcare field for over 10 years, with many of those years focused directly on mental health concerns. I utilize patient-centered care to complete comprehensive assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans. I want my patients to feel heard and valued, and I believe you should be a key factor in driving your care. Together, we are greater! We will work collaboratively to find solutions that best meet your needs and improve your overall quality of life. More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
