I had to wait for an hour to then get my insurance confirmed by them.
The appointment was set up to be at 8am, I was told that my insurance only starts answering calls at 9am and that’s why I had to wait. Like, you’re not doing me a favor by confirming my insurance, and I am positive I am not the only person who uses anthem so this wrong behavior towards patients from the front desk part has been going on for a long time already and they prob think it is the patients fault because no apologies were made.
Besides that, the doctor was very professional and on point.

Dr. Cortes is truly amazing. He solved my hand sprain that has been giving me issues for over four months. He is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable immediately. He fully explained treatment and assured me that his plan was going to resolve my issue and he was right. I would absolutely recommend anyone in the Miami area in need of hand injury treatment to see him. I will be a patient for any future needs.

Doctor was great went in cause I was in pain unable to close my hand, receive a shot and my hand was closing felt better. The doctor explained everything and gave me options if I was still in major pain after the visit . Thanks I am able to do my work duties a little bit of muscle soreness but good to go.

My doctor was very kind and quick. The radiologist took X-rays very quickly into my visit. Quickly after my conversation with my doctor, some put a new cast/splint on me. Everyone treated me very nicely. And they didn’t not leave me waiting.
