My doctor accused me of doctor shopping when I am a three times drug through Library PCP and my psychiatrist have both retired. I’ve been to the emergency room for withdrawals and those are the only prescriptions they have given me. I’m looking for ongoing treatment.

It is very rare to find a provider that truly listens to their patients, but I was happily surprised with my experience today. I felt heard, things were explained in a way that made sense, and I’m excited that I might actually get the help I’ve been needing to be on the right medications and get the right diagnosis.

I had the most amazing experience. He's very informative and probably the best psychiatrist I've ever seen. I'm not kidding. I would recommend him to anyone. Bedside manner is impeccable, and he really cares about you.

I was treated with respect and if you make all your appointments it can not get better. I didn’t so it affected our sessions.

It was easy to find the right doctor because the links provided were very navigational. Knowing what the doctor can and can’t do for you was upfront and I got a lot of help having my questions answered prior to my appointment. Very convenient!

I would have to say I was extremely scared to find a doctor who doesn't judge you. and you really really listen. I didn't feel stupid or judged. I'm so grateful to find a doc who I can trust is trustworthy and takes my insurance

I can see how he might be too fast paced for some people, however I love his get-to-the-point attitude. He also makes it very clear that you can just interrupt him when needed (where he always shuts his mouth right away and listens intently) or tell him to slow down if you’d like. I love that he doesn’t make me feel weird or awkward for sharing things about myself either, and he is very comforting through the process of sharing sensitive information. Overall I love him and greatly admire and agree with his views of the world and how people work. He has really given me a lot of confidence that we will figure out what works for me as an individual. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a psychiatrist, and my partner will be starting with him soon as well! Thank you Dr. Padilla!

Dr.Padilla is very easy to speak to. He listens well and I can tell he’s genuinely concerned with my getting the proper care. He works hard to understand and he is very empathetic. He was very careful to prioritize our talking points so that we could make the most of our scheduled time together. I have had many, many psychiatrists throughout my life- and had always come to the conclusion that I need a female psychiatrist so I can speak freely to- however Dr.Padilla is the only male doctor that I feel I can talk to comfortably. He’s awesome. The only reason I am not staying with him is because I was very dissatisfied with the Rx he started me off with. And also- I have extreme attention issues and need Vyvanse. He does not write any controlled substance prescriptions. If you need anything under the controlled Rx umbrella this would not be the Dr. for you. Other than that- he’s absolutely wonderful.

Dr Padilla was very detailed and informative about the condition my child may be experiencing. Although he wasn’t able to do much for my son being that he’s under 5 and he only specializes in children with autism he was able to give me a few suggestions. I do recommend him to anyone looking to get their little ones evaluated.

Ambetter is listed as an accepted insurance provider, but they denied the claim as "out of network." I wound up with a bill that wiped out an entire paycheck. On top of all that, I wasn't able to get the care I needed. So I lost ~25h worth of my labor value to this guy in exchange for basically nothing. Lesson learned: check, double check, and triple check if the provider you're asking for help actually accepts your insurance, otherwise prepare for your bank account to be demolished.

He didn't listen to all of my issues I wanted to address. Kept talking over me. At the end of the apt. I felt as if I was being shamed for my medications. Instead of feeling hopeful.

I can’t say enough kind words to say! I’m in a situation where my dr. Is retiring and moving to Arizona and now my primary care doesn’t have the insurance to carry me on my adhd medication and he took so much time to tell me other options and urged me to read and encouraged me to know that there are other options! Thank you! I want him to be my dr. He even saw me at 7:00 on a Friday night! You are a wonderful dr who cares and you showed me that! Thank you so much and have a wonderful weekend!

I know each psychiatrist, psychologist, and counselor has a personal approach to their practice and Dr. Padilla’s was the one for me! It’s been many years and many doctors but I trusted the hands I was in halfway into the meeting. Genuine and holistic is an automatic click for me (:

I am very hesitant to try new medicines. Dr. Padilla has worked hard to make me feel comfortable with the medicines we are working with and is always available to answer my every question or concern. He is easy to talk to and I am very happy with my ongoing experience with him. High recommend.
    Quick, friendly and professional.
Dr. Padilla has exceptional knowledge about drugs to treat depression and anxiety as well as other psychological disorders. He has helped me to stop relying on ambien and clonazepan and worked with me to find a drug regime that has eliminated my chronic depression and helped me to manage my anxiety. It really makes a positive difference having someone who specializes in medication management for psychological disorders. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Padilla is absolutely wonderful. He is kind, caring, compassionate, understanding, and is willing to go above and beyond for his patients. I appreciate everything he has done for me.
Dr. Padilla not only takes excellent care of me, but genuinely listens. He cares what will be most effective for my situation and in my best interest to help me live a whole and happy life. I am lucky to have found him and whole-heartedly recommend.
I've been seeing Dr. Padilla for about a year and a half now. From the beginning, he has been very helpful! He truly listens and cares. His help has really been life changing for the better. I would 100% recommend him to others.
Dr. Padilla has been an excellent doctor for me. He is very professional and understanding and I always feel heard, understood, and respected. I would recommend him to anyone seeking psychiatric help.
Dr. Padilla was very kind and seems like he truly enjoys his job and cares about people. I like that he offers the lowest dose possible for a medication and that he takes my sensitivity to meds seriously. Other providers I’ve seen have told me I would “get used to” or that there weren’t other options. I appreciate that he looks at the big picture and doesn’t make a diagnosis based off one symptom, but really aims to find the root.
DR Padilla was attentive, a great listener and explained so to understand. He provided a great deal of information and education and I appreciated that. He appears passionate about caring for people.
The provider gave me detailed information regarding my diagnosis and the appropriate medications to take to reduce my symptoms.
