What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach prioritizes medication management alongside therapy. If medication is part of your treatment plan, I’ll work closely with you to assess your needs, monitor your progress, and ensure the medication supports your overall goals. In our sessions, we’ll also use techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to explore your thoughts and feelings. This combination can help identify patterns and develop strategies for change. I believe in open communication, so please feel free to share your thoughts and feedback throughout our work together. My aim is to help you find balance and effectively manage any challenges you’re facing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When I work with clients, I start with a friendly welcome and a comprehensive assessment to understand your unique experiences and goals. In our initial sessions, we’ll talk about your background, current concerns, and any symptoms you’re facing. From there, we’ll work together to create a treatment plan that might include medication management, therapy, or a combination of both. I’ll explain your options, answer any questions, and ensure you’re involved in the decision-making process. As we continue, I’ll check in regularly about your progress and any side effects from medications, making adjustments as needed. I believe open communication is essential, so please feel free to share your thoughts and feelings at any time. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel empowered and understood, helping you tackle challenges and move toward your personal goals.

Honestly the most unique practice I've been too. The manager had a conversation with me on the phone before the appointment and was very kind and understanding when I needed to reschedule. I can't praise Dr. Singh enough. He's the first psychiatrist to do therapy during the session with me. He took the time to figure out what I needed and came up with a plan that worked just for me. If you’re looking for a place where they really care and want to help you feel better in the long run, I can’t recommend him enough! What makes him stand out is how they look at everything going on in your life, not just the symptoms. If you’re looking for a place where they really care and want to help you feel better in the long run, I can’t recommend them enough!
Dr. Singh is an amazing doctor who truly cares about his patients and their well being. He is truly the best psychiatrist I have ever seen and I would highly recommend him. He is extremely competent and knowledgeable, as well as very kind. ??

A diamond in the rough. Haven't met anyone quite like him. His bedside manner has been the best of any doctor I've seen. He is a young soul with a good heart. He has helped me tremendously on my healing journey without judgement and with full support. He called me off hours a few times to fit me in sooner. I'm very blessed to have met Dr. Singh.
    Great doctor.
I’ve had a really positive experience with Dr. Singh. From the moment I met them, they made me feel at ease and genuinely listened to what I was saying. Dr. Singh is down-to-earth and empathetic, which made it easier for me to talk about things I’d been avoiding. The therapy sessions have been really helpful, and I’ve walked away with practical tools to deal with what’s going on in my life. It’s made a real difference, and I feel like I’m in a better place now. I definitely recommend Dr. Singh to anyone looking for a psychiatrist who’s both professional and easy to talk to.
