What is your typical process for working with clients?

From there, we’ll work together to create a treatment plan that might include medication management, therapy, or a combination of both. I’ll explain your options, answer any questions, and ensure you’re involved in the decision-making process.
As we continue, I’ll check in regularly about your progress and any side effects from medications, making adjustments as needed. I believe open communication is essential, so please feel free to share your thoughts and feelings at any time. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel empowered and understood, helping you tackle challenges and move toward your personal goals.

Honestly the most unique practice I've been too. The manager had a conversation with me on the phone before the appointment and was very kind and understanding when I needed to reschedule.
I can't praise Dr. Singh enough. He's the first psychiatrist to do therapy during the session with me. He took the time to figure out what I needed and came up with a plan that worked just for me.
If you’re looking for a place where they really care and want to help you feel better in the long run, I can’t recommend him enough!

I’ve had a really positive experience with Dr. Singh. From the moment I met them, they made me feel at ease and genuinely listened to what I was saying. Dr. Singh is down-to-earth and empathetic, which made it easier for me to talk about things I’d been avoiding.
The therapy sessions have been really helpful, and I’ve walked away with practical tools to deal with what’s going on in my life. It’s made a real difference, and I feel like I’m in a better place now.
