What should a new client know about working with you?

When you work with me, you can expect a compassionate, collaborative, and holistic approach to care. I take the time to listen and understand your unique story so we can create a treatment plan that truly fits your needs. My practice combines evidence-based psychiatry with a whole-person perspective—addressing not only symptoms but also overall balance and well-being. Whether through medication management, lifestyle support, or integrative strategies, my goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and equipped with the tools you need to thrive.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When working with me, I take a thorough and collaborative approach to care. For many patients, this begins with a detailed assessment and, when appropriate, laboratory workups to better understand your overall health and identify underlying factors that may affect your mental well-being. I provide support with weight management, including options such as GLP-1 medications, and prescribe evidence-based treatments to address a wide range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and insomnia. Together, we will monitor your progress and make adjustments as needed to support your recovery and overall wellness. Whenever possible, I collaborate with your therapist or other healthcare providers to create a well-rounded and integrated care plan. This is especially important for patients receiving ketamine treatment, where combining medical oversight with therapeutic support often provides the best outcomes. My goal is to create a personalized, holistic treatment plan that empowers you toward long-term mental and physical wellness.

Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Initial session: $400 for 60 minutes
Ongoing session: $200 for 30 minutes
  • Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
  • Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
  • Charges post-reimbursement amount: This provider will only charge you for the amount you pay after you get reimbursed from your insurance plan, so you don’t need to pay the session fee upfront

More information on payments and coverage

We accept commercial insurance for those with out-of-network benefits. We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, HSA/FSA, and E-checks for self pay costs. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time appointment confirmation - our staff will contact you to confirm your appointment and obtain your deposit. We bill insurance on your behalf as a courtesy. Please note that patients usually must first meet their deductible before OON benefits get applied. Once met, your insurance will typically cover part of the visit cost, reducing your out-of-pocket expense. Lab work is typically able to be billed in-network (often better coverage, no deductible) If you have not yet met your deductible for the year, we will still bill office visits on your behalf so that the visit cost gets immediately applied toward your deductible. In compliance with the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected costs for your care. This estimate outlines what you may need to pay out-of-pocket before your visit. Please keep in mind it is only an estimate, and actual costs may vary depending on the services provided.
