What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients describe me as down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and structured in my approach. I believe that treatment works best when you feel comfortable, heard, and involved in every decision. Whether you’re exploring an ADHD diagnosis for the first time or looking to optimize your current treatment, I’ll guide you through each step with clarity and support. We’ll work together to identify your unique goals, discuss medication options, and build healthy habits that support focus, confidence, and emotional well-being. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can gain insight, stability, and renewed motivation.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, where we explore your attention, motivation, sleep, and mood patterns to determine if ADHD or another condition is contributing to your symptoms. I’ll review your personal and family history, discuss treatment options — including stimulant and non-stimulant medications — and outline a personalized care plan. Follow-up sessions focus on fine-tuning medication, tracking progress, and developing strategies for organization, stress management, and emotional regulation. I emphasize open communication and ongoing collaboration, ensuring that your treatment continues to fit your goals and lifestyle.
