I had an appointment scheduled and got several confirmations from zocdoc. I filled out all the necessary paperwork on the providers online portal. When my appointment time came i was never sent a link. I tried calling the Aurora office, where i was booked, but it went straight to voicemail several times. I called their number online for the TABS office in Plainfield, asking if they would forward my call to the Aurora office, and the guy on the phone started SCREAMING at me to call the Aurora office and “NOT ME”, Then hung up. Like, dude, I already did. Both offices sent all my calls straight to voicemail the rest of the day and I was never seen or given any explanation… I’d better not get charged…

Mr. Bryant was very easy to talk too. He is knowledgeable, explains things well & offers patient autonomy for decision making. In addition, he has great “beside manner” & provides individualized care, rather than a “copy & paste” approach.
Mr. Bryant’s Office Manager is very polite, accessible & checks in on the day of scheduled appointment. Her follow-up call serves as a reminder.
I highly recommend Mr. Bryant’s care services.
