She didn't just prescribe meds and move on, she made sure I had a good support system, asked about my life, lifestyle, therapy, etc and got a good overall picture of what was going on. I also liked her conservative approach, starting on a low dose and seeing how I do before upping it. I also liked that she was open to some more natural stuff and not just pharmaceuticals. Really glad I found her and plan to follow up with her in the future.”

My philosophy is to treat each client the way I would want to be treated. I use screening measures and several other evidence-based tools that are tailored to align with the preferences of each individual. I order Genesight testing for those who are interested.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My approach centers on understanding you as an individual during our comprehensive 60-minute initial session. We'll explore your mental health concerns, discuss how symptoms impact your relationships and daily activities, and review your medical and personal history together. This thorough evaluation helps me create a treatment plan that truly fits your needs and circumstances.
In our regular 30-minute follow-up appointments, we focus on monitoring your progress and making thoughtful adjustments to your care. I provide both medication management and therapeutic support, helping you understand your mental health journey while developing practical skills for managing challenges and maintaining wellness.
I practice both psychiatric medication management and supportive conversations, ensuring you receive comprehensive mental health care. My commitment is to create a collaborative partnership where you feel respected, heard, and confident in your ability to achieve your mental health goals with ongoing support and guidance.
