I did get my answer which was the reason for my visit but when you have to wait longer than the appointment that is an issue. There was no dr patient connection . i felt like i wasted my copay money.

Very clean office, easy for an appointment. But I was underwhelmed by the service, I had a very simple question and was thrown a kitchen sink of treatments which collectively didn’t make sense. It’s either one route or another but she gave me too many options without focusing or explaining them. I had to press for more info like why would you recommend x vs y ( when she recommended both).

The experience was very streamlined and quick. Finding an appointment was clear-cut and the process to schedule and sign in was very easy. However, that may depend on how tech savvy you are - the process was through APPatient, a phone app, and that may hinder some folks who aren't glued to their smartphones. The staff were very friendly (even though I was running late) and I was seen very quickly by my chosen provider. I saw Rebecca Dhawan, PA-C who was very friendly and gave clear advise and plan of action.

This was the first time I’ve ever made an appointment with a dermatologist. As soon as I was done filling out my information, they took me back! The assistant came in asked me a couple questions and seconds later the doctor/practitioner came in! I expressed my concern and she reassured me everything was okay. I felt heard by them because I’m such an excessive worrier. She gave me the options on how to take care of the issue and that was that. I would recommend & im definitely going to come back in the future :)

My appointment was right on time and I was in and out in like 30 minutes. Got exactly what I came for! I did feel almost like it was too fast I hope they did my exam well, but she seemed like she knew what she was looking for and was just being efficient. All the staff was friendly.
