I have developed a strong set of skills in behavioral change in regards to health and wellness. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide variety of clients, including healthy weight loss, gestational diabetes, bariatric nutrition and cardiovascular health. I am passionate about helping you meet YOUR goals, and strive to provide you with compassionate, quality nutrition and wellness coaching allowing you to feel your best. Approach to Care: A client-centered approach is my main focus. We will talk about what makes you feel best and the things that you value most. Uncovering those will help us gather a plan together. We will set goals and work on how to make them work for YOUR lifestyle. If they don't, we fix them! This should never be one size fits all. Our focus will be on tailoring your plan and action steps to fit you and your individual goals. What to expect in your first session: My goal in the first session is to put my clients at ease. We will discuss their goals, lifestyle and what means most to them. This is when we work together to develop a plan, including a few goals and how to make them happen. I am here with you every step of the way!
