What should a new client know about working with you?

I create a safe session by normalizing old schema and educating that there are no bad parts developed and work on embracing through IFS therapy. I also try to recognize and support strengths a client is unaware they have.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I listen and create understanding of how old schema was a necessary protection when your young brain wasn't fully developed. Validating that the familiar way of thinking and acting that is no longer working, takes time to improve through practice.
