Just an okay experience, same as their location in Paramus. This place feels more like a retail store than a healthcare provider. They are clearly trying to push their products and botox for rich housewives.

I must say I entered the office thinking it was going to receive mediocre treatment. Instead they listen to my issue and acted immediately. I did not expect to receive such great treatment. The doctor acted on my issue and took the necessary steps to help to resolve my skin issue. It was to the point that I called family to let them know that they actually are going to help me rather than just bill my insurance and prescribe me some cream or ointment that would do no good. It was truly a relief to finally find a dermatologist that actually listened and cared.

I had a follow up appointment a conditon, From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The provider I saw was incredibly thorough, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout my appointment. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and provide a comprehensive evaluation that addressed all of my needs.
What stood out most was their kindness, patience, and attention to detail. They made sure I understood my treatment plan and even followed up to ensure everything was progressing well. Their professionalism and expertise made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate.

Definitely recommend this office and the doctor. Not like other doctors appointments where you have an appointment and you have to wait a while. I maybe waited for 5 minutes if that which is wonderful because I had to get to work. The doctor explained step by step everything she was doing and it was all done correctly and quickly. She even asked after the procedure if I had any other skin concerns to address.
