About Rebekah Allen

I have a significant amount of experience working with kidney disease and diabetic patients but have broadened my scope over the last 3 years to include a number of other health needs including GI disorders and women's health. I have experience with patients of all ages from 9 months to 90 years, working to address nutritional needs at every stage of life! I have a patient first approach to every session, I want to hear from you! I believe that building healthy habits and learning balance (you'll find this is one of my favorite words!) are the building blocks to managing any health issues or conditions. I believe that sustainable changes lead to lifelong success and want to help support you on your journey! During your first session we will get to know one another! I like to hear about medical history, any labs you might have access to, food habits and personal preferences when it comes to food, hobbies and other lifestyle factors that play into who you are and what your health needs might be! We'll then work through some goal setting and planning to get us moving toward your health goals!
