More about Rebekah Saar, MS, RD
Rebekah has been a practicing dietitian since 2005. She earned her Bachelor's degree from East Tennessee State University and completed her Master’s in Nutrition at Liberty University. She has worked with clients ranging from infants to senior citizens. Rebekah began her career in the hospital setting, then moved into public health, and has also worked as an inspector in nursing homes. Most recently, she has been providing telehealth services and teaching nutrition to college students. She is also a certified yoga instructor. Rebekah is a mom to three boys and one girl and enjoys spending time with her children, being outdoors, and visiting the beach as much as possible. She has always been passionate about healthy eating and living a healthy lifestyle, believing that what we eat has a significant impact on our health. Rebekah understands that nutrition is not one size fits all; each person is unique and needs to find what works best for their life and body. She enjoys getting to know her clients and helping improve their health through a holistic approach. This provider is not licensed in the states of CT, MA, or TX.
