Reeli Reinu PA-C has over 10 years of healthcare experience. She specializes in general dermatology. Reeli was born and raised in Scandinavia and has lived in the United States since 1993. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Cardiopulmonary Sciences from the University of Central Florida and went on to earn her Masters Degree as a Physician Assistant through the College of Medicine at the University of Florida.

I had the worst experienced with the staff and the dermatologist. I arrived 30 minutes early to check in then they told me that they need my card. I don't have it with me because I've been using just the account number for more than a year and it was okay. My husband said he had a copy at home and I asked the staff if I can go home to get the copy. We are just 7 minutes away one way from the clinic. When we get back to the clinic, they said they can't accommodate me anymore. If that would be the case, they should have sent a text or called that no need to go back because we can't accommodate you anymore and I will call my provider so that they will not be paid because the nurse didn't see me. Will tell everyone not to visit this clinic. So unprofessional and so inefficient. The staff on the left has a sulking and "I'm not happy with what I'm doing and my job" face

Horrible! We got stuck in traffic after driving for 6 hours, they called to let us know we were “late” appointment was at 1:50pm, receptionist called at 1:51. She said in a rude manner YOU ARE LATE, your appointment was at 1:50 I told her we were coming from another state she didn’t care. We arrived 10 minutes late and they locked the place and left us outside. Unacceptable! I will never recommend this place. The website said, “closes soon” at 3pm NOT 2pm. Liars!

Extremely friendly staff. Doctor was very kind, knowledgeable about the condition I currently have. I was looking for a different treatment but no short cut for HS or preventative treatments in the medical community as my case is not extreme, but as moderate as my case was the doctor was reassuring & did not minimize my pain & discomfort

I was greeted nicely and checked in efficiently. The nurses were great and intentional.
I did not feel welcomed by the PA and felt extremely rushed. Especially when she interrupted me while I was discussing my concerns about my health.
Although she had a quick anwser for every question, it was not a thorough exam and I did not feel prioritized.
I left this appointment feeling the same as when I entered and will most likely book another physician in order to get a thorough exam.
I think the rule of thumb is quality of appointment over quantity of appointments and would recommend that this should be considered moving forward.
