Regina Brian treats patients between the ages of 12 and 100 years old.
Dr. Regina Brian is a licensed clinical psychologist with a focus on integrative health psychology and is a member of the American Psychological Association. Dr. Brian received her Master’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and her Doctorate degree from the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, Orange County in Southern California. She has experience providing community mental health services as well as working within a multidisciplinary framework. In addition to Dr. Brian’s clinical experience, she has also served as an adjunct faculty member with Argosy University and has taught courses in the Masters of Clinical Psychology program.
Dr. Brian currently treats the general clinical population and has assisted clients with diverse backgrounds and disorders. In her current practice, Dr. Brian provides therapy via telehealth offering therapeutic interventions for depression and anxiety disorders, difficulty coping with uncertainty and change, grief and loss, ADHD, and posttraumatic stress disorder. Utilizing the telehealth platform, her treatment modalities include components of Cognitive-Behavioral psychotherapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered, Strength-Based psychotherapy, and relaxation/mindfulness skills training. Consideration is also given to integrative medicine and alternative mental health practices. Collaboration with Dr. Brian results in treatment plans that emphasize the whole person encompassing physical and emotional wellness.
