“I was very pleased that my provider made me feel at ease. She was great to talk to and thoroughly understood my symptoms. I had much anxiety about using service. I was not made to feel guilty for having symptoms. I felt heard and seen. She was extremely experienced and discussed in detail a plan and medications. I would recommend her over and over. I am so happy I did not put off any longer. ”

“Mrs.Corona was very nice and extremely helpful! Had very clear questions and made sure I understood them and made me feel very heard. Felt like she was setting up a genuine treatment plan to get me in the direction I wanted rather making me feel overwhelmed and like I was just being given something random and pushed out the door. I have high hopes for my treatment and mental health moving forward!”

She speaks Spanish and has substantial knowledge and experience working with Hispanics and other populations facing barriers to mental health care. She has also worked with children, adolescents and their caregivers; and with adults and geriatric patients both inpatient and outpatient. Finally, Regina is a daughter, sister, wife and mother. She believes it makes it easier to understand the struggles that families are going through and helps her guide the caregivers to better manage mental illness based on their unique perspectives and family dynamics. She heavily focuses on goal setting and gauging outcomes. "I truly want to see my patients live their best life." Her clients describe her as warm, caring, and knowledgeable about not only medicine, but how the world around us works.

My appt lasted only a few minutes. I was told controlled substances could not be prescribed for my ADD (although the website advertises they can help with ADHD medications and nothing is clearly stated/visiable that they do not do this) and no additional assistance or treatment was offered or discussed for my anxiety and depression after finding out about my ADD. I was promptly told to make an appt with someone else outside of Brightside and was told by the NP I would receive a refund since the meeting was brief and she determined she could not provide services to me. Although brightside stated they would be adding that they do not prescribe controlled substances to their application process going forward, they are currently refusing me a refund for payment I paid up front when I booked the appt and was up front with what I was seeking help for. I strongly feel that I was taken advantage of and misled about services provided and quickly dismissed all together without any help.

I scheduled my virtual appointment three days in advance. When the time came, the provider never showed up. After waiting 21 minutes of the 30-minute slot, I messaged the chat hoping to get a response, since I hadn’t received any notice about a delay or cancellation. Only then did the provider respond with a quick “sorry” and told me I’d need to reschedule. Had I not messaged, I would’ve been marked as a no-show. There was no communication from her end, despite the appointment being marked as available. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.
