Instead, they are a partner in a journey that if successful can lead to joy and a better life. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can openly discuss your concerns and goals. My approach is collaborative—
I want you to feel heard, understood, and actively involved in your care. I value honesty and transparency, and I believe treatment works best when we work together to find what fits you as an individual.
Whether it’s through therapy, medication management, or both, my goal is to help you move toward balance, stability, and improved quality of life.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My process begins with a comprehensive initial evaluation where I learn about your history, current concerns, and goals. From there, I develop an individualized treatment plan, which may include therapy, medication management, or both. Follow-up sessions are scheduled to monitor progress, adjust as needed, and provide ongoing support. I value collaboration, so I’ll always involve you in decision-making about your care.
