Don’t walk alone—mental health care should be just as essential as physical health care. It is a healthy balance of both that allows us to be at our best. I am here to help foster your self-healing. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Wilkes University, I am here to assist and support you by offering the best of my personal experience, professional knowledge, and practice. Have you been feeling overwhelmed by negative thoughts or emotions? Have you been questioning the road you're on or wondering if you're still in the driver's seat? Are you noticing a difference in your work performance or interactions with others? Have you had trouble sleeping or felt unable to get out of bed in the morning? None of us are immune to psychiatric disorders. Know that you are not alone in what you are going through, and that psychiatric disorders are simply disorders of the brain, much like heart disease is a disease of the heart. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management plans tailored to you, and supportive therapy within a safe space to facilitate growth. Each person has unique needs and abilities; it is my goal to use those to help determine your therapeutic goals, create a pathway to feeling empowered, and ultimately experience fewer negative symptoms. I also work closely with clients by implementing plans and interventions to promote positive behavior changes while providing accurate diagnoses and consultations.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

My appointment with Reginald was excellent. He was thorough, precise, compassionate towards my issues and diagnoses. He was able to come up with a plan by including me into the plan rather than being dismissive or forcing his treatment options on me. I feel so much more comfortable now that I have established care with him as my psychiatric provider.
He even provided me with a contact number in case of emergency or questions. That is rare in this healthcare system. The relationship is off to a great start and I feel blessed that my PCP referred me to him.

I have struggled so much with personal insurance issues, and he's helped me so quickly and patiently to overcome them. Not only this, every time I speak to him he truly wants to know how I've been doing and I know he cares for my wellbeing. He is always prompt and on-time and I have been visiting him monthly through Zocdoc for several years now. He is always willing to work with me when I am struggling both financially and mentally. I don’t understand how this doctor has received wonderful bedside manner reviews. Throughout my visit, he wasn’t really listening to me at all. “Therapy, therapy, therapy”. Just saying I needed therapy, and wasn’t trying to help with my problem. I have now been out of my antidepressant for days. This doctor will not add refills to your prescriptions. You can call and text, but he will not reply. He will not respond to the pharmacy. Doctor denied my refill, but I heard nothing from him or his office. I was not told if I needed an appointment. Even though I requested the refill at least a week in advance, I am going through withdrawals. Now I have to find a new doctor overnight.
