What should a new client know about working with you?
Cancellations/Rescheduling & Late Arrival Policy
We understand that sometimes a patient may not be able to keep their appointment, either remotely or face to face. We ask that if you cannot make your scheduled appointment and have previously "confirmed" your appointment with a Sincere Psychiatry staff member, please notify the office no less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Please note that out of fairness to our staff and other Patients, we have implemented the following procedures:
First time - "No Show" or "Same Day Cancellation" and subsequent missed appointments -including if you do not show for a confirmed appointment or give timely notice of cancellation or your need for rescheduling - Our office will contact you to notify you that you have missed your appointment failed to provide timely notice. In addition, we will remind you that a second and/or subsequent "No Show" or "Same Day Cancellation" will result in a financial penalty as well as to discuss if you wish to make a new appointment at a more convenient day and time if you have not already done so with our office.
Second - "No Show" or "Same Day Cancellation" and subsequent missed appointments - you will be charged a $70.00 "No Show" or "Same Day Cancelation" fee. It is a Fee to you, as Insurance companies do not pay for missed appointments.
Late arrival - your specific appointment time may be forfeited if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment.
This policy may not apply to Neurofeedback patients based on their individual health circumstances.
Please confirm with office personnel of your situation as you begin treatment and discuss this policy with a Sincere Psychiatry staff member.
Definitions
Sincere Psychiatry defines a "No Show" as any patient who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment.
"Same Day Cancellation" shall mean any patient who cancels an appointment less than 24 hours before
their scheduled appointment.

Just in the first meeting He was able to pin point key issues I was having at the moment as well as continue treatment for my AA.D.H.D I was already receiving. He was able to explain my medication and I felt like he really had a Grasp on the issues people Who take my medication face. He is really into therapy as well as medication. He was kind and easy to talk too. Clean basic office. Disappointed that he does not offer cognitive behavioral therapy, only medical management. And If you don’t offer those services then you need to have resources for the patient, Now I have to find another provider for further therapy, and this session was not cheap! That should be on his website. I may have chosen differently. My other suggestion is take the computer off the desk- it was a barrier between him and myself. Was not an opening sharing visit, with this large screen in between us.

At first I was doubtful because I've been to so many psychiatrists since the age of 17 and they never truly helped me. Phenomenal doctor. Took his time to listen and assess to my concerns. I could tell he read my intake information prior to my appointment and was prepared to really help me. Created an action plan to help with me with my current goals and to get me back on track. Offered different options that worked best for me. Went above and beyond by ensuring I was aware about promotions and providing savings information on my prescription. His office manager also reached out prior to my appointment to ask if I had any questions or concerns. She was kind, warm, and provided contact information, confirmed co pay amount. Very hard to find good doctors these days and I must say I was very pleased and will be continuing with his services.
