My provider was open to listening to my experience and validated my feelings and beliefs

I will never go back to this office. When I first got there, I had to wait for a while, then I was told that the Dr. Regine Blaise was not in the office for the office visit. Nobody called to tell me this. I would have to have a tele health visit. Mind you, my “visit” was where the front desk personnel Angie was working. She apologized profusely. I wasn’t taken to a private room, and sat behind the front desk. Wow. Anyway, when I went to pay for my co pay, I was flabbergasted to hear that it was probably going to be a very large amount. I almost dropped to my knees, what!!! I almost passed out. I don’t have that type of money. It just made everything that I was going through, 10 times worse. I feel as if I had been punched in the gut. I told Angie that I would not be back, and would have to figure out how I was going to pay this bill. I’m very disappointed at how my “visit “ went. I almost feel a I have been duped. Very dissatisfied..
