What is your typical process for working with clients?
We begin with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to review your current concerns, mental health history, medical background, medications, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals. From there, we create a personalized care plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, sleep support, coping tools, and follow-up appointments to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.

The provider pushed back my appointment 15 minutes, then was 15 minutes late. When she joined, she said “just keep working what you’re working on, I’ll be right back” then left for 5 more mins. I called her office to request a refund, because this was a total waste of my time. The lighting in whatever room the provider was in was also dark and it did not seem like the provider was at all interested in meeting with me.
